Electromagnetic Corrective Action:
- Demagnetize thoroughly.
- Add reliable shaft grounding brushes.
- Place voltage current monitor in the brush conductor to ground.
- Insulate bearing.
- Insulate coupling.
- Bond all casings, oil pipes, etc., solidly to plant electrical ground.
