Electrostatic Corrective Action:

1. Add reliable shaft grounding brush.

2. Place voltage current monitor in the brush conductor to ground.

3. Eliminate static producing element.

4. Check for creation of magnetism due to electrostatic currents.

5. Bond all casings, oil pipes, etc. solidly to plant electrical ground.
