For measuring DC residual magnetism in rotating machinery parts remaining from magnetic
particle inspection, welding, etc. (one of the common sources of stray shaft currents and
subsequent damage). Gaussometers cover both milligauss and gauss ranges and can also be
used to take AC readings (electromagnetic/environmental use). Packaging options available
with various probe combinations. |

Portable, compact demagnetizing unit that uses automatic DC "downcycling" to
systematically and thoroughly remove residual magnetism in very large or small parts.
Offers magnetizing via DC and demagnetizing via AC or Full Wave DC automatic
"Downcycling". The magnetizing capability can be used for applications such as
magnetic particle inspection or loop/core testing for lamination shorts in electrical
machines. |
